Inspecting homes is a passion for me, your clear understanding of the current condition and any safety issues of the home is most important to me. I inspect every home as if I were buying it for myself. I spend more time than most inspectors, in order to provide a very thourough and complete inspection. Customer satisfaction is my main concern. I am a full time inspector. A State of Nevada Certificed and Licensed Inspector, and Master inspector trained.

Vince started out building homes as a teenager at 17 here in the Las Vegas valley, and has been involved in many related fields since. He Is the president of the local assication of inspectors (SNAPPI), which provides monthly trainning and countinued education in all areas of inspecting homes and new technology in the construction trades. Vince regularly attends accredited courses on HVAC, Swimming Pool construction and safety, Electrical, and Plumbing through many professionals and organizations here in Las Vegas.
