The Question of the day for many is, "When should I buy?"  For many the answer is, "Now is the best time to buy your home."  Many homes today are priced at 2001 - 2003 pricing.

Don’t count on the mainstream press as they are normally behind on the housing market between 3 to 9 months.  Many of our experts have discovered that the best deals are taking place today.  There are multiple offers on properties everyday and many are going for $100 per sq ft or less. 
       
Most recently, a pilot from Oklahoma purchased a lovely home in a gated community built in 2006 for $228,000.  The house sold new for $352,000 last year.  He is a very intelligent man having dealt with similar markets prior to this purchase and studied our market for the past year.  He plans to live in this house for at least 9 years.  This is a huge advantage to him as the market will most likely head upward in the future. 
      
Loans are still attainable and the FHA market has seen a resurgence.  We have an expert on our team that understands FHA as this has been her specialty for 24 years.  We also have a team of experts that understand the nuances of our Vegas market.
