Susan got her start in the mortgage lending industry in 1983 after she graduated with a BA in the College of Business, majoring in Financial Administration at Michigan State University.  Her first position was as a loan processor in the Single Family Division with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority in Lansing, Michigan.  In May 1984 she became a loan officer with Waterfield Mortgage Company located in Southfield (Detroit), Michigan.  For the next twenty (20) years, Susan helped hundreds of people achieve their American dream in assisting them with mortgage financing for the purchase of either their very first or next level home.  Her main focus was borrowers in need of FHA or VA financing.  In other words, people who wanted their very own home and had few funds for a down payment.

In 2004, Susan relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and went to work for Beazer (Homes) Mortgage Corporation as a Sr. Mortgage Loan Counselor.  There she assisted those excited to buy a brand new built home!  In 2007, she become part of the Evofi One Mortgage team and is the FHA expert helping first time and repeat home buyers secure their dream home! 

 Susan is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the government backed loans, and is just as excited to help buyers, as they are to get into a their new homes!  She is dedicated to all, listens to wants and needs, analyzes borrowers’ qualifications and works with them in determining the best loan program and affordable monthly payment.  She is looking forward to meeting you and helping you obtain the mortgage loan for your American Dream Home!
